Les brasseurs <strong>Brauen<\/strong>, <strong>Beyer<\/strong>, <strong>Braumann<\/strong> parfois <strong>Piwowarzyk<\/strong> en polonais. Pour le vin, on trouvait des <strong>Wajntal<\/strong> (la vall\u00e9e des vins), des <strong>Weiner<\/strong>, le vigneron, des <strong>Waintraub<\/strong>, la grappe de raisin. On avait aussi le tavernier, <strong>Shenkier<\/strong>, parfois <strong>Vigoda<\/strong> en polonais, le mendiant <strong>Szleper<\/strong>, l\u2019ivrogne <strong>Shiker<\/strong>. Mon bisa\u00efeul, lui, servait aux ouvriers qui sortaient de l\u2019usine de la vodka (petite eau, en polonais), en quantit\u00e9 industrielle, bien s\u00fbr, et quand ses clients \u00e9taient ivres morts, il ne les servait plus et ceux-ci continuaient avec de l\u2019alcool \u00e0 br\u00fbler achet\u00e9 chez le juif <strong>Aptekier<\/strong> (pharmacien). Ils traitaient alors Schlinger de <strong>Judko<\/strong> (petit juif) ou <strong>Ropucha<\/strong> (crapaud en polonais) puis cassaient tout. Dans le mitan des ann\u00e9es 20, mon bisa\u00efeul maternel quitta le m\u00e9tier pour partir en France avec sa petite famille, sa femme Hena, ses sept enfants, Hanna, Yankel, Rachel, Ha\u00efm, Peschka, Bajla et Chlo\u00efm\u00e9, pour une nouvelle vie, exercer un nouveau m\u00e9tier moins dangereux et bien plus noble, celui de\u2026 chiffonnier ambulant.
